Introduction to FPC normal proofing and urgent proofing

Based on the schematic design of an FPC flexible circuit board, the proofing function should be confirmed before mass production. The proofing production needs a time process. It can be divided into normal proofing and urgent proofing. What is the difference? Usually, FPC engineers will draw FPC circuit board structure graphics according to different specifications and requirements of customer products. The main structure layers can be divided into single panel, double panel, multi-layer soft board, and soft and hard combination board. Then conduct FPC proofing according to the circuit board drawing drawn by the FPC engineer, that is, FPC samples, which are mainly used for customer product performance.



1、 FPC normal proofing instructions:



1. The designed documents shall be proofed. Generally, there are at least 20-30 production processes from the first process of material opening to the last process of packaging and shipment. The production time shall be evaluated mainly according to the manufacturing process requirements and difficulty of the circuit board.



2. The normal proofing period of single panel is 3-4 days, the proofing period of double panel is 4-5 days, the proofing period of multi-layer soft board is 7-8 days, and the proofing period of multi-layer soft and hard combination board is 14-15 days.



3. The production shall be carried out according to the conventional process time. After one process is finished, the personnel of the department shall transfer to the next department process to confirm the quantity of production, and the finished product delivery shall be inspected step by step.



2、 FPC Expedited Proofing Instructions:



1. Carry out urgent proofing for the documents provided by the customer, and send professional personnel to follow up the production process and progress. Generally, there are at least 20-30 production processes from the first process of material opening to the last process of packaging and shipment.



2. The normal proofing period of single panel is 1-2 working days, the proofing period of double panel is 2 working days, the proofing period of multi-layer soft board is 5 working days, and the proofing period of multi-layer soft and hard combination board is 9-10 working days (subject to the calculation time confirmed by the production document EQ designed by the engineer).



3. From the order placement to the production process of urgent proofing, the product must be processed and produced at the first time in each process. The professional follow-up personnel should be responsible for the whole process until the production of the product is completed. The urgent proofing reflects the two words "fast".
