FPC flexible board variety:



1. After the completion of the circuit, the single panel receives a single sided PI copper clad material and is covered with a protective film, forming a flexible circuit board with only a single layer of conductors.



2. The ordinary double-sided board uses double-sided PI board coated with copper material, and after the double-sided circuit is completed, a protective film is added to the two sides separately, becoming a circuit board with double-layer conductors. Pulse hot press is different from constant temperature soldering iron. Pulse hot press can reach the desired temperature immediately after being powered on. After welding is completed, the solder head is lifted when it solidifies, and the solder head is flat, so the appearance of the welded joint is flat and consistent, and there are very few defects such as faulty soldering and tin connection.
