Flexible Copper Clad Laminate (FCCL): Flexible copper clad laminates refer to single-sided or double-sided flexible copper clad laminates obtained by using insulation materials such as PI film or polyester film as the substrate and covering the surface with thin copper foil conductors that meet the bending performance requirements. Compared with rigid copper clad panels, flexible copper clad panels have the characteristics of being light, thin, and flexible. Therefore, FPC based on flexible copper clad panels is widely used in electronic products such as mobile phones, digital cameras, automotive satellite directional positioning devices, LCD TVs, laptops, and so on.



FPC board, also known as flexible board, flexible board and flexible circuit board, is a highly reliable and excellent flexible printed circuit board made of flexible insulating substrate (commonly used polyimide or polyester film). Understanding its process in the factory will be of great benefit to the design of electronic engineers. The flexible circuit board has the characteristics of high wiring density, light weight, thin thickness and good flexibility. Flexible circuit boards are the only solution to meet the miniaturization and mobility requirements of electronic products. It can be freely bent, wound, and folded, and can withstand millions of dynamic bends without damaging the wires. It can be arranged according to spatial layout requirements, and can move and expand freely in three-dimensional space, achieving the integration of component assembly and wire connection; Flexible circuit boards can greatly reduce the volume and weight of electronic products, making them suitable for the development of electronic products towards high-density, miniaturization, and high reliability.
