2. Quality



PCB sampling, the quality cannot be ignored. From raw materials, drawing, to production, testing, quality control, etc., every step needs to be strictly controlled. Taking ordinary double-sided boards as an example, the board materials generally include FR-4, aluminum substrate, CEM-1, etc. The board thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 3.0m, and the copper thickness ranges from 0.5oz to 3.0oz. The differences in these materials result in significant price differences. Currently, the better materials used by manufacturers are imported boards.



3. Price



With the development of the industry, the prices of PCB sampling and small and medium-sized batch production are constantly decreasing. Completing challenging tasks with challenging prices will be the price trend for PCB sampling in the future.
